Evolution Webinar: Taking Private Funds to IPO

Taking private funds to IPO can raise many questions. What will taking a private fund onto the London Stock Exchange achieve?  What is the market looking to invest into? Does the fund meet the requirements for an IPO? What do boards and fund managers need to consider? Who needs to be involved?

In this 30 minute webinar, our expert panel answers these questions and more as they share important IPO criteria for taking the next steps in the evolution of a fund.

This session, first aired at the November Guernsey Funds Forum, offers you practical guidance on how to list funds on the London Stock Exchange.  If you are a board director or fund manager this event will help you to anticipate the requirements and inform your decision-making.
